"Fab Two Night Visit"
We stayed for two nights, upoin arirval, we were greeted by the host, who kindly offered help with our bags if we wanted and showed us to our room. Despite the time our room was ready for us to check-in. After settling into the room we explored the local area including have lunch in the local pub before visiting the National Trust's Dunham Massey and strolling along the canal. The bed was very comfortable and the shower in the morning very refreshing all topped off with a fabulous breakfast. Read less

The breakfast was great and I particularly like the offering of proper coffee in the room along with a chocolate and shortbread biscuit. There was also some complimentary sherry to drink had we wished

We stayed for 2 night at Ash Farm, which is down a quiet country lane. We visited Manchester on both days which is only 20 minutes away, the motorway only being 5 minutes away. Lymm is 20 minutes away with plenty of places to eat, or you could eat in the pub next door which does excellent food. Read less

Very nice room with a huge 7'bed. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of cooked breakfasts. The National Trust at Dunham Massey was just 10 minutes walk away.
