Set in the heart of the rolling Cheshire countryside, Mobberley is the birthplace of the famous mountaineer George Mallory who sadly died on his third expedition to Everest in 1924. There are several country pubs and inns to choose from, with most being set against the backdrop of the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

At roundabout take 3rd exit onto the A50, signposted Stoke-on-Trent, Holmes Chapel, Macclesfield
At traffic lights turn left onto the A537 (Knutsford Train station is on your left)
At next set of traffic lights turn left onto B5085
Proceed for 1.5 miles and after climbing a slight hill, passing a laybay on the right hand side, Laburnum Cottage is the 1st house on the left.
