Not really a serious problem but the en-suite bathroom was bit cramped.

Thin windows and walls. Unpleasant boss. Tiny room. Shared shower and toilet.
Response from Gyllyngvase House:
I take exception to this review for a number of reasons. I was never unpleasant to this woman - she asked to move rooms which I politely told her we were unable to do. We have never in 11 years had a complaint about noise from that room - so that was obviously her problem not ours. She had booked and paid a mere £42 for a basic single room to include breakfast - she knew exactly what she would get for that price? I honestly feel that we can sometimes be unjustly reviewed by unstable people.
