Arrived in the afternoon; hadn't specified a time as stopped at Bude on the way down, but Alec and Jenny welcomed us with tea and biscuits. Several binoculars were provided in the lounge to enjoy the sea views. Parking available for all guests. The full breakfast was lovely; cereals also available. Didn't have the evening meal, as didn't know whether we'd be back in time and you have to tell them in advance so they know what to get. Unlucky with the weather, but hope for better luck next time. The rooms were clean and spotless. My room was the smallest, but still plenty of room for baggage, and the sea was visible even at low tide. This room had en-suite washbasin and a private bathroom.

Rolling Waves in Newquay is furnished to a very high standard with colour co-ordinated fabrics and attention to every detail. Our constant aim is to make your stay with us comfortable and happy and the accommodation is based on a Bed and Breakfast or Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Tariff.
The guest house offers superb sea views from the lounge, dining room and bar, overlooking Porth Island, Porth Beach and Newquay Bay. A local mini-market, the Mermaid pub, tea garden and ten pin bowling are only a short walk away. We provide good quality, wholesome, home-cooked food. A full English breakfast is provided and dinner consists of a one course - four course menu and coffee or tea.
The coastal path and the road continue north of here to Watergate Bay two miles away, and on past many other lovely beaches. Out of the hustle and bustle of Newquay Town Centre, but just a few minutes away by car or lovely walk over the beach on the coastal footpath. Porth is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday and an excellent base for discovering the picturesque Cornish coastline resorts and many National Trust properties. For example Land's End is an hour's drive away.
Your room will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
