The host were very welcoming and have a key to come and go as we pleased made it very relaxing. There was no problem with us coming down to breakfast late as possible, never made to hurry.

It was a very quiet place to stay. The rooms were lovely; spotlessly clean, great facilities. Hosts very friendly and great to talk to. The B&B exceeded our expectations for a 3* rating

Penmorvah is a family run guest house. It is a large victorian home situated in a tree lined road, within a conservation area. All of our guest rooms are en-suite, with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. We are pet friendly. A full breakfast menu is offered and special dietary requirements are catered for with prior notice. We are happy to book taxis and restaurant reservations for guests.
The sea and promenade are directly at the end of the road and there are parks and gardens in close proximity. The town centre with its individual shops and restaurants is approximately a 15 minute walk away. We are ideally situated for walking the coastal path and have some of the most beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. There are several National Trust attractions near by including the famous St Michael's Mount.
Cornwall has many beautiful walks for everyone to enjoy. We are ideally situated for walking the local coastal and foot paths. There is a selection of walking books of the local area in our breakfast room for you to browse.
The Penzance area is an abundance of wildlife. Many people visit Penzance each year in the hope of catching a glimps, of the variety of birds which come to the area. Marazion Marsh R.S.P.B Reserve is situated on the outskirts of Marazion. Well worth a visit with binoculars.
