Warwick House is a charming Regency period Guest House built in the 1830’s and now a Grade II listed building, with superb views of Mount’s Bay. We enjoy an enviable position with the promenade in front of us, whilst the quaint inns and restaurants of historic Chapel Street lie behind us.

We loved Cornwall, and the Warwick House as a base for our travels was perfect. We were within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores, near petrol stations and the major highways. The owners were knowledgeable about the area, suggested an extraordinary guide, were able to give good driving and sight seeing suggestions. The success of our trip was largely because of their help. We also had a terrific view of the harbor, St. Michael's Mount, and Newlyn. Read less

The breakfast was excellent and the location was close enough to the centre of Penzance without being too noisy. Highly Recommended. Read less

The room quality was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. They were also happy to look after our bags from 8am on the first day even though we weren't scheduled to check in until 5pm.

Warwick House is a 4 star guest house in which most of the guest bedrooms have stunning sea views and all rooms are impeccably presented and provide a high level of comfort, encouraging you to relax as soon as you arrive. All rooms have TV/ DVD player (with complimentary film library), tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, and many other little extras to make you feel instantly at home.
After a day of exploring, take it easy, unwind and enjoy the view from our patio or relax in our comfortable guest lounge. We have plenty of books, maps of the area and a computer for guests to use.
Penzance is the perfect base to discover Cornwall with the unspoilt coastline, stunning landscape of rugged cliffs, sandy beaches on the north coast, quaint fishing villages and picturesque coves on the South coast. Visitors will enjoy some of the most dramatic scenery in Europe. St. Michaels Mount, Lands End, St. Ives and the inspirational Minack theatre are close by. The Eden Project and Isle of Scilly can also be easily reached.
Penzance is convenient for travelling by car or by foot. We have our own car park and are ideally positioned for the Train/bus station and Heliport. The Isles of Scilly Ferry is a 5 minute walk away.
The guest house is totally non-smoking. Wireless Broadband internet access is available.
We at Warwick House try to Re-Use, Re-Cycle and Repair when ever we are able. As you will see from our breakfast Menu will source most of our products from local suppliers. We also offer Cornish biscuits and Conish Mineral water on our 'Hospitality Trays'. We ask guests to help us to be green by leaving items that can be recycled by the side of their bin instead of mixed in with the non-recycled items. We are proud of our Green Tourism for Business Silver Award.
