The towels provided were not very fresh either. There was infact a lovely room free on our landing which we felt we should have been offered. Read less

As above. We wouldnt have booked to stay in the room we were given , far too small .Uncomfortable bed too .

Jim and lita offer a warm welcome to guests and visitors of Little Harbour in Looe.
Little Harbour offers 5 en-suite rooms: 3 doubles, 1 twin, and 1 triple with a double bed with an additional single. The rooms are very comfortable, well presented, and furnished to a high standard throughout and serviced every day.
Many of the rooms have a view over Church Square and the cottage which was once the home of the two women who resided on Looe Island. There is Digital TV in all rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities are in every room and a welcome pack including toiletries.
Guests are welcome to come and go as they please and are provided with their own front door key for the convenience of 24 hour access. In our new open-aspect Dining Room, a full English breakfast is served in addition to a self service buffet of cereals, muesli and grapefruit. A toast rack with tea or coffee completes the breakfast table.
GUESTS ARE THEN WELCOME TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR NEW GUESTS LOUNGE, TO RELAX AND READ A MAGAZINE OR THE MORNING NEWSPAPER.
Advice can be given if needed to get the most out of your stay by exploring Cornwall's 'Out of the way' places. For visitors who are going out early on excursions and who would otherwise miss their breakfast, we can provide a packed breakfast to take out. This is particularly popular with visiting anglers and fishermen.
Little Harbour provides an ideal base for visiting the south east of Cornwall. The guest house stands near to the Looe River and harbour on the western side of the town. It is named after the little harbour which used to extend from the main river to the outside of The Jolly Sailor pub, where boats used to moor alongside.
Little Harbour has a green policy to recycle as much as possible.
