from the moment we arrived, we felt cared for - nothing seemed too much trouble. for example we asked for different things each day for the children's breakfast and were accommodated. (The full english breakfast is very good though!) the location is great, being outside the town but within easy walking distance even for young children. the local pub did lovely food (and beer)at relatively good prices - a great recommendation from the hosts. We have checked the DVD player and it is working fine, so we don't know why it wasn't before. We will review the position of the TV with regards to viewing angles to see if this can be improved.
