Around the corner from Brandelhow Guest House the museum tells the story of our quaint market town. Nearby you will also find the ruins of the castle, or you could follow the millennium trail – a short walk around the town, showing the history of many interesting places as you go, at your own pace. Eating out in Penrith – you will find everything from good pub food to dishes from around the world – Spanish, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Indian and of course traditional English Fare and Fine Dining.

Train Station(approx 1 miles)
Travelling by rail, you will find us just 10/15 minutes walk from the station, on the main Virgin West Coast line, or 5 minutes in a taxi. Mostly down hill towards the north end of Penrith Town Centre, next to the town hall.
M6(approx 1.5 miles)
Junction 40 if travelling North or Junction 41 if travelling south on the M6 Motorway and the trans-pennine A66 link road - printed map will bring you to our door.
