The family room is perfectly laid out. All 3 rooms (master bedroom, kids bedroom & bathroom) come off a small hallway so you don't have to go through one room to get to another.
Very child friendly.

"A Very Enjoyable Stay, Second To None."
I cannot rate our stay high enough. Our hosts David and Susie were the most friendliest and perfect hosts you could wish for. Nothing was to much trouble for them, and the attention to detail shown by them, from the rooms to the breakfast showed just how much care they put into making our stay the best it could possibly be. Having the most wonderful breakfast, all locally produced, and even the bread was home made, looking out over the Sterridge Valley, really made for a perfect start to the day Read less

The village is a close knit community which offers a range of interests and activities.

Langleigh House, dating back to the early days of Berrynarbor, was once the village post office. The property was re-modelled, extended and became a guesthouse in the 1930’s. Today Langleigh House set in three quarters of an acre of landscaped gardens with a southerly aspect, offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in which to unwind.

The guest house accommodation consists of 3 double rooms and 1 twin room looking out over the Lee Hills/Sterridge Valley or The Village plus a self contained family suite comprising a double room, ensuite bathroom and adjoining single room, currently with bunk beds. All rooms are en-suite and are decorated and furnished to a high standard through a policy of continued improvement. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, glass bottled RNLI Coastal Spring Water, remote control freeview television, alarm clock/radio and hairdryer. Refrigerators with fresh milk are available to guests on both landings.

Breakfast can be served in our charming dining room or taken on the terrace or decking with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, weather permitting. A changing menu of food is freshly prepared, home cooked and locally sourced where possible.

The coast path from Minehead to Lands End is within 1/2 mile, and offers exciting cliff top walks or beautiful short strolls from convenient car parks. Away from the coast are the wilds of Exmoor, with red deer, hidden valleys and charming villages. There is excellent walking on many marked tracks and horse riding is readily available. Ilfracombe has an indoor swimming pool, golf, riding stables and fishing trips from the harbour, plus high quality restaurants. There are regular trips to Lundy Island to see the puffins with pleasure trips along the heritage coastline aboard the Ilfracombe Princess and the Big Steamer ships Balmoral and Waverley.
