me and my girlfriend came down too see family and stayed for one night i was a friendly and clean b&b that i would come back too, i only had two problems and they were there was kids bunk beds in the room which were an off point and the battery's in the remote were dead which i had too buy more, so nothing that big had worse and better but good value for money and was clean all you really need.. i"ll be back! You should have just told us about the batteries... we would have swapped them right away. You stayed in the family room. Next time we'll see if there's another double ensuite available (without a bunk bed and a working remote ;-)

We offer you a warm welcome at the Bristol House, a two star, family run guesthouse which is open all year round. We are situated on the level, only one hundred yards from the seafront, three minutes walk from the train- and bus stations and close to both the shopping centre and parks of Paignton. We live in a beautiful area and should you tire of the sea, Dartmoor is only a few miles away. It is a great location for hikers, bikers and golfers. All of our rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. We have a nice TV lounge for you to relax in. You have your own front door key and room key, giving you 24 hour access, so you are free to come and go as you wish. You can relax in our lounge, play a game, read a book, watch TV etc. Free wifi and limited parking for guests.
