Spent a wonderful 2 nights at this fantastic Bed and Breakfast. I have stayed at some highly rated, expensive hotels and most of them can not come come close to this little gem. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Location was brilliant and as for the breakfast, it was just AWESOME. Clare House is a five-star guest house set in one of Swanage's historic buildings. First built in 1875 to house the town's indoor market, the building still displays some of the original features. Located just off the High Street, Clare House is ideally placed for those wishing to spend time on the beach, pier, restaurants or bars are that are all within a few minutes walk
