The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, even the little kettle was cute! Everything had been well thought out and laid out stylishly. Breakfast was scrumptious.
Dislikes:
Parking was difficult though well explained. Understandable in the centre of town!

Good central location only a few minutes walk from the beach,cafes & restaurants.Room had a huge7ft bed with comfy memory foam mattress.Breakfast was great with personal,friendly service from the host
Dislikes:
We live in a very quiet area & so are not used to any traffic noise. The room looked out on to the road so we found it a little noisey but if you are used to traffic noise then it's not a problem.

Relaxed, friendly, contemporary 4 STAR guesthouse central Kemptown with a Silver award from Visit Britain. All rooms are en-suite, with luxury mattresses to provide you with a refreshing nights sleep, some rooms have side sea views. We are located one block from the sea, in the heart of Kemptown and are convenient for restaurants, nightlife, the pier, conference centre and theaters.
We offer flatscreen television with Freeview you also have access to FREE wireless broadband. A lovely hot breakfast can be included. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements. Contemporary, recently refurbished to mix the comfort of today in a building from the past.
