Excellent value for the location. Polite, friendly & helpful staff (The gentleman who checked us in even carried our bags to the room for us!). The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but a standard full english none the less. The shower cubicle was a little small but it was a good shower. We were very impressed with the Double En-suite room and would happily return to this hotel. Read less

"Comfortable stay"
The family / staff who run The Old Palace and its neighbour property are very courteous, kind and friendly. The room I stayed in, although very small, was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast next door was tasty and quickly served, but I would have preferred the option of an earlier meal. I would be happy to return, and to recommend to anyone wanting comfy budget accommodation near the seafront. Read less

8:45 breakfast and too few coffee sachets in the room.
