We stayed for four nights. The building has a lot of charm even though it's old. The room was tiny but good enough. The location, a few minutes form the pier and the city center is great. Included breakfast was good and is a nice commodity eve though it's not incredible.
You get a good value for what you pay. And the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Kudos to that! Read less
Likes:
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
The location of the hotel.
Included breakfast is a nice commodity.
Dislikes:
The bathroom was borderline clean. Tiny and sometimes smelly.
Lighting could be improved. Especially at the room desk (that I actually used as a desk) where it's really dark.

Staff friendly and helpful, however we were kept awake by noisy guests in room above. They had a dog and decided to let it out at 1.30am banging every door possible and then stomping across floor and talking loudly TT o each other. Even my daughter who has slept through a burgular alarm going off was woken up by them. This was just one room and others appeared far more considerate. Read less

Location was great everything really accessible and in east walking distance. Breakfast was lovely.
Dislikes:
Parking nightmare definitely resort to get to by train. Underground car park nearby was full and really narrow access and parking bays.
