Conveniently located on the edge of the Town Centre, Phoenix Guest House is just five minutes walk from the rail station and seafront and a short walk to the 'Hastings Old Town' with its distinctive mix of historic buildings, bars, restaurants, galleries, antique and vintage shops and local seafood market.

Phoenix Guest House has eight well equipped and stylish bedrooms, including five double rooms with ensuite shower/wc. All rooms have flat screen televisions with integrated Freeview and DVD players, tea, coffee and biscuts, a mini fridge and hairdryer; ironing equipment is available on request. High speed Wireless Internet Access is available throughout the Guest House. All guest rooms are offered on a room only basis; Suggestions of where to eat breakfast or brunch in the many cafes and bistros within easy walking distance of the Guest House are provided in the rooms and guests are welcome to make full use of the compact 20 litre fridge in each guest room

The famous 1066 countryside is within easy reach and historic towns such as the Cinque Port of Rye and Battle are only a short journey away. Hastings and the surrounding 1066 countryside is full of things to see and do. The newly opened Hastings Blue Reef Aquarium, following a £1m refurbishment, features a giant ocean tropical display with an amazing underwater walkthrough tunnel. The 109 acre Alexandra Park runs through the heart of Hastings and is home to huge variety of plants and trees. Hastings Adventure Golf has three 18 hole courses including a 'Florida' style course with 7 waterfalls and 13 fountains. Hastings County Park provides 660 acres of ancient woodland, heath and grassland along with 5 km of spectacular cliffs and coastline, great for hikers and dog walkers. Well behaved dogs welcome in some rooms by prior arrangement
