We were really surprised at the high standard of service and comfort of the room, extremely good value for money. They were flexible with checking in and catered for our unexpected traffic delay, they were also very knowledgable of the local area helping us with directions and recommending a couple of fantastic restaurants (some of the best food we have eaten!). The room was gorgeous, looked fairly newly refurbished, modern, clean and very comfortable. Perfect for a Hastings mini break. Read less

Can not fault the service, extremely friendly & very helpful. Also for a rather nice change the rooms have been designed by a woman, so there were lots of lovely personal touches. Excellent facilities
Dislikes:
For convenience - not being able to have breakfast during a weekend stay (but I am nit picking here, there are plenty of cafes etc just around the corner).

The Senlac offers single, double, twin or family rooms and there is also the option of 2 self catering apartments for guests wanting that extra space and comfort.The house is perfectly positioned only a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Hastings town centre, excellent restaurants, trendy bars, traditional pubs and Hastings train and coach station which offers excellent links to London, Brighton and Ashford. A short stroll will bring you to the beach and vibrant old town of Hastings with its famous fishing beach, boutiques, book shops and cafes.

All room is available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival allowing guests to make the most of their stay.
The Senlac has a 5 star food hygiene rating and offers an extensive breakfast menu. Room rates are for accommodation only and breakfast is optional at an additional cost of £8.50 per person. For guests wanting breakfast in bed the Senlac also offers breakfast baguette served to the room for only £5.50 per person.
We also offer complimentary overnight parking for a nearby car park.
