Dislikes: The heating coming on at 22:30 was not ideal

Dislikes: Breakfast was shocking. Not nice area.

Likes: proximity to city centre.
Dislikes: very poor security,the combination number to enter the premises was pinned to the front door in envelopes,general poor quality of premises and fittings,lack of cleanliness and lack of staff on site.
