Likes:
Very convenient for Gosforth High Street with plenty of options for dining etc. The rooms are well furnished and had all the facilities that we required. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Dislikes:
Unfortunately our room was on the top floor so there were a lot of stairs to climb at the end of the evening.

We stayed four nights and everything was oerfect. The room was spacius, the staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was as i expected, good. The location was quiet good, not downtown, about 30 minutes by bus from london. There were a lot of buses passing just infrint of the hotel, and the undergroung station was just 10 minutes walking. bedroom very warm during night despite radiator on lowest setting but that's a minor grumble !
Response from The Windmill:
Thank you for your kind comments. The heating has not been adjusted yet, as though it is Spring we still are having some very debatable weather (welcome to the North!) Sorry if it caused you any problems. Regarding the handles, we will check them all - apologies. Look forward to welcoming you again soon!
