"Lovely location and quiet secluded accommodation"
We went to Lymington for a short break. The Palace at Kingfishers was a great place for a couple to stay. It had everything we wanted as a place to stay. Although The Palace is in the grounds of the main house, we were left alone, but help was on hand if we required it. The kitchen was brand new,but we only used it for breakfast as we ate out in the evenings. Amanda was very nice and helpful, pointing us in the direction of some great eating places. The location of The Palace was brilliant. Read less

"Fantastic, quirky, beautiful and very personal little 'Palace'"
Myself and my partner stayed with our two toddler boys for 2 nights in order to attend a friends child's Christening in Lymington.
We chose to stay at the Palace as it had a great location near the Mayflower where the after Christening gathering was. Easy walking distance for us with our double pram
The Palace its self was nothing short of beautiful. The décor, warmth and personal touch with the owners family photos and history on the walls made it very welcoming. Read less
Likes:
We loved the quirkiness of the Palace. The photos and newspaper cuttings, as well as being interesting in giving you a sense of welcoming from the owners. The log fire was lovely in front of the sofa
Dislikes:
Nothing we didn't like at all. We did though have to 'toddler proof' the Palace by moving some things out of reach. These were all put back before we left.

"Great couple of nights away"
Spent a couple of nights on a short break away as an alternative to a hotel. The location was excellent, able to walk to dinner at the Chequers the first night and the Haven restaurant the second, and in to Lymington via the coastal path during the day. Room was large, kitchen well enough equipped and bathroom large with walk in shower. Read less
Likes:
The large, comfortable room and the location.
Dislikes:
The bed was perhaps a little hard for my taste, and to be honest some of the pictures seemed a little personal to the owners? Not things to spoil the stay though.
