The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, the breakfast was excellent and the location is absolutely great both for the town centre and the University. It is in a quiet area.

Efficient and tasty breakfast, good quality ingredients used and great service. Literally used it as B&B, barely there other than to sleep, as is often the case, so no need to pay for lots of features that we don't need. Bed & Breakfast is all we want and the price was very good for this. Beats the bland corporates hands down. Read less
