Real friendly, room was clean and bed was perfect.
Combined with a good breakfast, only a 5 mins walk to city centre and a great price it was a great stay.

We liked the lovely atmosphere in the hotel, the easily accessible facilities which were always available for use. We also really liked the fact we were able to have a room with 3 single beds!

sorry about Milly and Bella barking, they are a pain barking and we do try to stop them, but fighting instinct is difficult as they were both rescue dogs, once they stop though I'm sure you will agree they are the softest and friendliest pair.

Ideally situated for visitors to the city and the south coast, Landguard House is within easy walking distance of the city centre, West Quay shopping centre, IKEA, the train station, Mayflower Theatre and a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and places of general interest.
All guests can expect a high level of cleanliness and (for those with a healthy appetite) a hearty, full English breakfast, starting at 7am weekdays till 8am, 8am till 8.30 Saturdays and 9 till 9.30am Sundays. We have off road parking and a variety of sized rooms, all offered with colour tv and tea making facilities, making Landguard House the ideal place to stay in Southampton.
