Thefood was really superb and the duck on Saturday night was once of the nicest meals I have had. The eating earea ia a lovely space. The cake in the rooms was very thoughtful and then bed was great
Dislikes:
This did not detract from the stay but the room was boiling hot and we slept with the windows wide open despite a rainy march night, definitely didnt need the thoughtfully provided blankets!

Good customer service must be equal to the surroundings especially when there's a problem. The young ladies that work there are very nice but if there's a problem they don't have the experience or authority to deal with it. There was no record of our booking which wasn't the best first impression. Lucky for us they wasn't fully booked. Read less

The views, the horses and general wildlife. Quiet. Lovely sunset. Rooms are lovely. Everything about the surroundings is peaceful.Breakfast was excellent. Full English was very tasty. Dinner was good.
Dislikes:
No iron or ironing board in our room even though it said on the website there was. Ask for one and got told there was no ironing boards so had to use the coffee table with a towel on it!

Our location is in close proximity to several historic Attractions - Leeds Castle, 20 minutes, Sissinghurst Gardens 15 minutes, the Cathedral City of Canterbury- 30 minutes. A steady ambling drive through the beautiful lanes will allow you to reach the beautiful Town of Rye in half an hour. The mainline service to London from nearby Headcorn is 1 hour & the high Speed Rail Link from Ashford will have you enjoying the delights of London in 40 minutes.

The accommodation is situated in 3 beautiful period buildings - a Kentish Ragstone Oast house, converted former stable block and former cart-barn.
8 of the suites are situated on ground floor level and are suitable for clients with restricted mobility. The executive Blenheim suite has a ground floor sitting room for relaxing and a first floor master suite with Jacuzzi room, & separate shower room.
All rooms have televisions with integral radio, , free use of wi-fi internet in public areas, coffee machines as well as tea making facilities. All rooms have beautiful views of the idyllic Kent countryside.
We are delighted to offer evening meals by prior arrangement, meals are tailor-made to your requirements. Enjoy a glass of Champagne on the terrace and watch the geese fly in to the nearby pond.
The resident horses provide amusement whilst they play in the fields as you take your pre-dinner stroll around the farm.
"Frasers" is totally committed to wherever possible sourcing the finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Our function suite has been constructed sustainably from green -oak and is A rated by the Local Authority for efficiency. We have a ground source heat pump which provides us with all our heating and hot water for the function room. Low-energy bulbs are utilised and all buildings have the highest standard of insulation.We offer a towel replacement policy for longer than one night stays that towels are placed in the baths if they are required to be changed on a daily basis and not re-used.
