Small, friendly guest house well located for the beach and town centre. Clean, warm, comfortable rooms and well cooked breakfast.
Dislikes:
Only thing we didn't like was the slightly erratic shower temperature that made it hard to give our two year old a wash. Stopped the room getting an excellent score.

Breakfast was good and cooked fresh for each family/guest. Make sure you leave yourself time for this as it slows down service, worth it though. Coming and going at the hotel was easy as we were given a front door key to let ourselves in and out at any time of day or night. Read less

The decor is dated and completely unco-ordinated, but everywhere is clean & tidy. Breakfast is served early and only up to 9am at the weekend, Radio in dining room quite loud from 7am,

The town centre of Cleethorpes is just a few minutes' walk away and Grimsby itself is just over 2 miles away.
It enjoys excellent transport links, with the local railway staion within walking distance and Humberside airport, which has regular flights to and from Amsterdam, 18 miles away. Hull, with its ferry terminal To Rotterdam and Zeebrugge, is less than an hour's drive.
Ideally located, central to all attractions, such as The Boating lake, Discovery Centre, Showground, Pleasure Island, Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway, Leisure Centre, Golf Course and night life.
All the Humber Bank Industries are within 20 minutes' drive.
On street car parking is available and there is also a pay and display car park 25 yards away.
