Small, friendly guest house well located for the beach and town centre. Clean, warm, comfortable rooms and well cooked breakfast.
Dislikes:
Only thing we didn't like was the slightly erratic shower temperature that made it hard to give our two year old a wash. Stopped the room getting an excellent score.

We arrived prior to our booking time, but were accommodated easily & efficiently. The room was adequate for our needs and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and cooked fresh for each family/guest. Make sure you leave yourself time for this as it slows down service, worth it though. Coming and going at the hotel was easy as we were given a front door key to let ourselves in and out at any time of day or night. Read less

The location, very central for Cleethorpes facilities/attractions. Large car park right next door (pay & display except between 6pm & 8am)Friendly staff. Good breakfast
Dislikes:
The decor is dated and completely unco-ordinated, but everywhere is clean & tidy. Breakfast is served early and only up to 9am at the weekend, Radio in dining room quite loud from 7am,

The room these guests stayed in has now been refurbished.
The loud radio was not from the dining room, but coming from another guest's room immediately above this guest's room.

Over all very nice place, staff very accomadating and friendly, with advice to those who was not familiar with the area regarding parking ETC. All areas of the hotel were claean and good presintation.
Dislikes:
The only thing that i could pick fault with was that the small pack of biscuts that you get in the rooms where slightly out of date along with the small butter cartons with breakfast. simple mistake!.
