What a terrific place the Snooze Hotel was! Nothing was a bother to Danny... the room was fantastic... the bed would have slept 4 it was so large and the breakfast was just the ticket. Whilst it was a little out of town centre, a bus stoppped just outside the hotel on both journeys and a roving ticket which you could use all day only and was very reasonable!(Arriva bus service)... every six minutes the buses came... wish our buses worked like that here. Brillian place... we will be back. Read less

I have already waxed lyrical.... bathroom spotless, large room.....teamaking facilities... room cosy....no rules... if you brought food in, you could eat it in a little breakfast room...

There is nothing negative you could say about this hotel ... it was just brilliant.

1st impression of the hotel is that its situated in a poorer area but the welcome inside more than makes up for it. Rooms basic but comfortable. The guys that run it are friendly and helpful and make you feel really welcome and do their best to provide you with everything you need. They dont provide a cooked breakfast but you can have as much tea, coffee, toast and cereals as you like which is perfectly adequate for your needs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Read less

Was impressed by how friendly and helpful the guys that ran it were. The attention to cleanliness, the ensuite, pristine bed linen and towels, clean tidy breakfast room etc. Excellent value for money.
Dislikes:
Its a shame, but the street the guesthouse is located in looks a bit tatty. But saying that, I felt perfectly safe at night, the locals are friendly and first impressions are not always right.

Snooze Liverpool is located on a main arterial route into Liverpool City Centre, just 1.5 miles out. Most guests heading into the city centre take the bus (one every 5 mins) or call a taxi (£5). If you don't feel like facing the city centre rush you could head to a local bar or restaurant:.
The nearby centres of Lark Lane and Allerton Road are completely unique and a lot of the restaurants are just as good if not better than the city centre. Visiting Lark Lane will give you a Liverpool Experience you won't forget.
Wavertree itself has many bars and a variety of fast food outlets: KFC, Chinese, Indian, Pizza, Chippies etc. so you can enjoy inexpensive food and eat it in our breakfast room.
With the success of European Capital of Culture for Liverpool in 2008 we have shown the world the best of our creative thinking and our wonderful cultural attractions.
