"Lovely valley, difficult parking and luggage haul"
Our last stop on the way to Heathrow for flight home. The main road to Tintern was completely blocked. We called for help and were given sketchy directions that took us on single track lanes. The car park is across the road, which is heavily traveled during the day. The B&B is up a fairly steep driveway and the rooms are up a narrow staircase. Porting luggage is a problem. Beds are comfortable. Room and bath were very clean. Read less

Clean room, comfortable bed. We weren't able to stay for breakfast as we had to leave very early.
Dislikes:
I had to leave my luggage in the car as porting it across the road, up the driveway, and the narrow staircase would have been impossible. Notification about the road closure would have been helpful.

"Great relaxing break"
Short break which the location of the B&B helped as close to everything we wanted to visit. Location was great views and peaceful surroundings. The actual B&B was easy to find and parking across the road was ideal. The room was good , bit chinzy and crowded/full for my taste but clean and comfy.Shower was good , toilet needed the cistern seeing too, but my husband did that, we didn't mention it to the host , Ian, although if we had I'm sure he would have sorted it. Nothing really, the room was a bit too cluttered for my taste. but that's a preference thing nothing to detract form the stay.Beware if you aren't good on your feet path to B&B is steep.
