It would have been nice to have had some heat in the room, as it was cold while we were there.Also for us it was a bit far out of town.

Hi Carol, thanks for your feedback although we are a little disappointed with our overall rating. With regard to you feeling the cold all rooms have thermostats on the radiators so this should not have been a problem. With regard to the location we are very close to all amenities including shops, restaurants and public houses. However we would have appreciated your feedback during your stay so we could have discussed with you, but it was a pleasure to meet you and we hope to see you again.

The Elmfield is situated in a quiet area, just 2 minutes walk from the seafront and Britannia Pier. Although we do not offer an evening meal service, Great Yarmouth restaurants and bars are all close by. We are 3 minutes walk from the coach station and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Free, off street parking is available next to The Elmfield subject to availability.
Freshly cooked English breakfast and packed lunches are available. The Elmfield is a non-smoking establishment. We are open year round and long term bookings are available for contractors or workers at discounted rates during the winter and summer seasons.
We can offer accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis or Room Only. One, two or three night bookings are available with discounted rates available when booking four or more nights.
If you are an all male or female party please call prior to booking.
Please note a minimum of 2 consecutive nights stay are required on Bank Holidays and from July - September. If you require any different varients to those shown then please call or e mail prior to confirming booking.
