The room we were in was so comfortable that we opted for breakfast in bed one morning which was no trouble at all for Elsa. She is so attentive and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Glad you enjoyed your stay in a suite.
On the value; we are the only 5 star guest house in Yarmouth. I know 3 star guest houses and a lot of 4 stars dearer than us that do not provide all the extras we do. Then there is the breakfast with no limitations, as you well know, on what you can have and no restriction on the amount either. There are guest houses here that charge you for an extra slice of bacon, egg, sausage etc. All this comes at a price. Also it is cheaper to book with us direct.

The refurbishment and updated décor the guesthouse has undergone enhances its many original features.
There are 5 steps leading up to the grand entrance, magnificent hallway and it's 8 luxurious individual en-suite rooms whose facilities and extras are second to none which will ensure your stay is truly memorable.
This luxury guest house specialises in 1, 2 or 3 night breaks and is exclusively for adults. So if you want a romantic break, or are here on business, you can be assured of a quiet and relaxing stay. Even in this economic climate it is possible to have an exclusive luxury five star break, at an affordable price at 3 Norfolk Square.
Our basement breakfast room serves a superb selection of great fresh locally sourced food (+Vegetarian options) any other special food requests let us know. 'No night before pre-ordering system' (Unless you want it served in your room or early).
Our contemporary licensed bar that is in keeping with the other facilities.
Our B&B has an inside non-smoking policy throughout but a patio area outside the lounge & bar, part of which
is under cover, can be used for smoking and has automatic lighting.
