Had a warm welcome from Caroline and Paul. The house has been re-decorated and refurbished throughout to a very high standard.
The cleanliness was excellent.
All the facilities of a modern establishment E.g; Wi-fi and Freeview TV.
Comfortable beds and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in a bright and airy room.

The cleanliness of the guest house, the quality of the breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable. Paul and Caroline were both very friendly and nice to talk to.

We stayed in this guest house only for one night but would love to get there once again, maybe in summer season. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can see that they really care about their guests. The room was very very nice and clean with some facilities that make you feel really comfortable, e.g. biscuits, mints or hair conditioner. The location is also very good - it's close both to the seaside and the towncentre. And the breakfast was just delicious. Read less

We liked the friendleness of the service and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Dislikes:
The only thing that we didn't like was an early finish to breakfast, (9 a.m) followed by an early checkout (10 a.m.) We missed breakfast because we want a bit of a sleep in on the Sunday morning.
Response from Tudor House:
Breakfast does not finish at 9am. We ask that guests come down to the dinning room between 8.15 and 9am. So therefore if a guest does turn up for breakfast until 9am, it is not a problem. We do also offer a later checkout when possible but the guest did not request this. The check in/out and the breakfast times are clearly advertised and the guest would of been fully aware of these times at the time of making their reservation.
