Breakfast (didn't try dinner) and staff/owners.
Dislikes:
We were staying in the flat and since we booked online we didn't know until we got there. There were benefits to being in the flat but it separated us from the main activities.

Professional and customer orientated "customer is king" ethos. 5 star touches throughout. Great value for money. Definitely not for the low-budget demographic. The International reaches Grassington!

We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was pleasant, beautifully clean and comfortable with a nice view over the garden.
