Food, short walk into town. Tv/dvd player in room with large choice of dvd's to borrow, if required. Friendly, attentive hosts. Had the use of a free parking permit, much needed in York. Free wifi.

We were made to feel very welcome immediately - there was a pot of tea and biscuits in the diningroon available within minutes of us arriving and maps and local information readily available.
Dislikes:
TWe had absolutely no complaints what-so-ever.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our two nights stay. Michael had an extensive knowledge of York which was great. Everything. Excellent value for money, great position for walking into town, friendly atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and would definitely stay there again.
