I stayed 7 nights. The whole house is exceptionally clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the decor is charming. After my delicious, filling breakfast, I only needed a light dinner. All needs were provided for, from a comfortably heated room to plenty of towels to books to read.

There is not a lift. All but one of the guest rooms are up one flight of stairs. My heavy bag was carried up for me so no problem! The two single rooms have their own bathrooms, but they are not ensuite. Read less

I enjoyed the character of the house and neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and my room had everything needed, including fast Wifi. The owner was a wonderful host and shared helpful info.
Dislikes:
Just note: The house is in a very quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crush. There are several buses 2 minutes away that take you quickly into the town center -- 10 min trip.

rooms were on the small side but very clean and comfortable and the centre of town was about a 30 minute walk.
Dislikes:
we were disappointed to discover that whilst we had 'private' bathrooms, they were NOT en-suite as described on the website.
