Good breakfast, although have had more hearty versions elsewhere, [outside Scotland], although refused Haggis. Simply, a convenient stay for my purposes on this occasion.
Dislikes:
Felt that the breakfast room/lounge could be used as evening lounge area for guests, instead of being locked. So bedroom was only retreat. This is not a complaint, just observation.

Scott & Fiona Grier welcome you to their family run Guest House which provides a peaceful location in Glasgow’s fashionable west end. The Guest House is located on a tree lined avenue and a few minutes walk from the historic and beautiful Victoria Park. The property is an elegant three storey villa which was designed by famous Scottish architect Sir John James Burnet. The property was built in the 1890's and retains a wealth of original Victorian features and has been established as a Guest House for over 70 years.

The property is Ideally situated for the SECC, the world famous Kelvingrove Art Galleries, Glasgow's Universities and colleges, Scotstoun Leisure Centre and Glasgow International Airport. The property benefits from easy access to Scotland’s motorway network and major sightseeing routes to the North and West of Glasgow with easy access to routes to the Scottish Highlands.

The House has beautifully appointed double, single, twin and family rooms which are en suite and are tastefully furnished. Furthermore the owners keen interest in Scotland's Highland's and Islands are reflected in the rooms which are named after Scottish Islands in Gaelic. Guests can enjoy all the comforts that you would expect in a 3-star Guest House.

The proprietor is a keen artist and many of his works are displayed throughout the property and are available for sale.

You can finish your stay with a wholesome, hearty breakfast served in the elegant period Dining Room which includes Full Scottish Breakfast (inc Haggis) or Continental Breakfast which is included in the room rate.

The property benefits from trouble free parking and free WIFI throughout the house.
