At junction 11 M40 exit following Banbury signs ( Hennef Way )
At 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit ( Concord Avenue ).
At next roundabout take the 1st exit and get into the right hand lane.
Go through 3 sets of traffic lights.
Get into right hand lane, and at the 4th set of lights we are immediately in front of you..
