"Poor value in relation to condition of accommodation"
Having stayed here on a couple of previous occasions, I hesitated before booking, but there was no obvious suitable alternative available. I hoped that the defects encountered previously would have been rectified, but unfortunately there appeared to have been further deterioration. The good points are outweighed by the other points, and therefore only an overall rating of fair is appropriate for disappointing and overpriced accommodation. Read less
Likes:
Convenient location, off-road parking,on excellent bus route, quiet room, good breakfast prepared and served by friendly and efficient team.
Dislikes:
Broken shower fitting, poorly functioning shower controls and basin taps, missing cupboard door, generally worn and poorly maintained fixtures and fittings; parking area hardly large enough.
