The location of the Old Vicarage is stunning and so peaceful! The only noise at night is the sound of the nearby owl! The walk to the beach is through a pretty woodland path, perfect!

"A lovely relaxing stay"
I stayed for 3 nights in order to attend a conference run by Ffald-y-Brenin. I was made to feel very welcome by Meg and I appreciated the relaxed family atmosphere and the occasional appearance of Jasper the adorable kitten. I had an excellent breakfast each day with tasty local bacon, lovely bread, gorgeous local jams and really good coffee. Meg very kindly cooked a superb dinner on the Sunday night. Read less

The owners were incredibly welcoming and put us at ease straight away. They were helpful and friendly, and Meg is a wonderful cook. Her vegetarian breakfast was the best I've ever tasted.

The Old Vicarage Bed & Breakfast offers you the chance to escape to the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. Dip your toes in sparkling waters, lace up your walking boots and discover breathtaking views across the Preseli Hills or simply take time to explore, unwind and relax with wonderful local food, a fabulous nights sleep and a warm welcome.

The house is a beautiful Edwardian Vicarage built in 1907 surrounded by just under an acre of gardens. Our rooms are light and airy, with bespoke beds, wonderful crisp linen and vintage Welsh wool.

Our breakfasts and other food are all locally sourced and seasonal as much as possible. You don't have to travel far to source wonderful food in Pembrokeshire.

We are just minutes away from Newport which boasts a beautiful big beach which is perfect for sandcastle building, splashing in the waves and a tasty icecream (it also allows dogs all year round!!), the estuary with wonderful opportunities to watch our seabirds and a host of wonderful places to eat. North of Moylegrove is the seaside village of St Dogmaels and the market town of Cardigan, there are so many places to explore you won't ever find yourself out of ideas.

We are also ideally placed for those wanting a little adrenaline! Kayaking, cliff jumping, mountain biking and many other activites are available all on our doorstep. Staying at the Old Vicarage will give you a perfect base for whatever activities you choose.. (it could be nothing, just whiling away the hours reading a wonderful book with a glass of something cold!)
