No problem not having a bath as I prefer a shower. However, water dribbled out of the shower and the sink was tiny, and tiny toilet or bathroom sinks are ok for washing hands (could just fit my two hands inside the sink) but for little else, such as shaving, brushing teeth, etc. Also, the extractor fan and saniflow system was noisy. Room was reasonably clean but not spotless. Read less
Likes:
Nice garden and outlook to the front of the hotel and not noisy as well set back from busy road. Room facilities - tea-making, tv/radio, toiletriies (shower gel, etc) were very good.
Dislikes:
As above, and breakfast (I had a full English) could have been of a better quality/standard. Had to ask for more tea/coffee rather than having a pot or ready refill being available.
Response from The Greenwood:
Dear Mr. Sanwell, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at The Greenwood. I have taken note of your comments and will endeavour to improve the facilities. The sanilfow noise is irritating, but without the saniflow there would not be a toilet so it is a necessary evil.
