Nicole and Marina made our first wedding anniversary absolutely unforgettable! Everything was fantastic, location so convenient to access Littlehampton and it's surroundings. Excellent local knowledge from Nicole made getting around incredibly easy and with a constant stream of delights pouring out of Marina's kitchen we were incredibly well fed. Having gotten used to very 'average' service from many B&B's we would have to say the service at the Regency was outstanding.Will definitely come back! Read less

In the morning a delicious breakfast is served in a sun-lit front room overlooking the boating lake. Several choices from the menu including tempting home-baked treats are completed with freshly ground coffee and a laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast ingredients are organic and sourced locally whenever possible.
Small fisherman port Littlehampton with its sand dunes and pebble beaches is a perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing get-away. Littlehampton's marina is a favorite West Sussex hotspot for sailing and yachting. Littlehampton Golf Club, the oldest golf club in West Sussex, can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. For those who want to venture further afield, Arundel and Chichester are close by as well as Wittering and Chichester harbor.
Parking is free on the street in front of the house.
