The caged birds (canaries) in a small cage -no flight possible.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not an all male staff but of the two women we employ one was off sick and the other on holiday during your stay. You may have noticed we have a number of free flight aviaries for birds and the caged canaries are being looked after for a friend who has recently undergone surgery. We will carry out further training with our relief staff to improve their confidence with guests.

"Worth staying but don't expect too a lot"
My mother and I stayed for 2 nights as we visited our family. The location is good as it is a enjoyable walk in to the city centre.

The main problems were the showers are very bad, hardly any pressure. Very hard to clean yourself after a hot summers day in Wiltshire.

You get a nice choice for breakfast but it isn't cooked all too well. Cheap sausages which is a shame considering the prices of the rooms. Read less

We are sorry you had problems with the showers and breakfast, we will check the bathroom and try to increase the pressure of the hot water. Thank you for your review.
