The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and the owners friendly and helpful. Our room was absolutley beautiful and had an amazing view of the downs towards Ventnor.

The Snowdon in Shanklin is a family run 4 star guest house situated just 100 metres away from the spectacular cliff walk and views of Sandown Bay. We are ideally located for the safe and sandy beaches via lift or walk ways, Shanklin Old Village, the town centre and theatre being only a few minutes walk away.
A minimum night stay may apply during the peak season.
In 2010 we achieved a VisitBritain Egg Cup Award for our hearty breakfasts. All of our seven bedrooms are individually decorated with en suite bathrooms, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, a television & tea/coffee making facilities.
We can offer single, twin, double, superior double or four-poster rooms, with a ground floor room available. There is off street parking to the side of the building. Here at the Snowdon in Shanklin, good food is an important part of your holiday, we pride ourselves on the quality, variation and presentation of our freshly prepared breakfasts.
Dining is at separate tables with choices for vegetarians. We are confident that there will be something for everyone. We can recommend an abundance of local restaurants and pubs within easy reach or walking distances for you to enjoy your evening meal.
