Likes:
It was great to be able to have dinner at the inn. Some of the best meals ever eaten - Absolutely stunning! They supplied the fishing gear and license for a day on the river - with very helpful advice
Dislikes:
Not a negative but would probably go for a larger room next time with a little more comfort - Travelling from NZ we had big suitcases.

A traditional Inn with unmistakable charm, character and ambience will remind you of our rural location in The Scottish Grampian Highlands. Tranquil settings, excellent cuisine using local suppliers & produce with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Combine this with the welcoming warmth and character you would expect from a family run traditional Highland Inn.

The Inn has four comfortable bedrooms all en suite and a restaurant open to residents and non-residents alike. You can choose from the comfortable surroundings of the Red & Green Dining rooms or the relaxed atmosphere in the Sun Lounge where breakfast is also served. After a wonderful meal, what better to do than sink into an armchair in the cosy lounge bar and relax. For good measure there is naturally an excellent selection of malt whiskies. If you do choose to come and stay with us, please be aware that the restaurant is closed on a Tuesday.

We strive to offer our guests something different - a personal and relaxed family atmosphere, stunning location and deliciously fresh food.

The excellent location of the Kildrummy Inn not only provides the local community with a centrepiece to rural living in this beautiful part of Scotland but also provides an excellent base for visitors to the area, perfectly placed for guests to enjoy the abundant wildlife and is ideal for all outdoor adventure activities. We are a favourite destination for country sports enthusiasts, in particular deer stalking and fishing, which is on offer in the magnificent beauty and tranquillity of a small number of private estates.

Here at Kildrummy Inn we are very fortunate to have over 100 golf courses of varying stature to suit the complete novice right through to the professional golfer all within about a 90 mile radius. We are also within easy reach of the Lecht Ski Centre or for the less active there are many distilleries and micro breweries to explore! Aberdeen city centre itself is only 35 miles away.
