Two of us stayed for 2 nights b&b in order to spend a full day at nearby IWM Duxford. We were greeted very pleasantly by Michelle and shown to the family rooms on the upper floor of the cottage next door.Very spacious and comfortable, only problem for 2 oldies (95 and 81 )was awkward staircase. Stayed one night for business. Budget hotel so expectations were set accordingly. Staff were great, beer was decent and evening meal was plentiful. They also provided toast and coffee at 7am despite not being open for breakfast until 7:30.
However, the room wasn't clean (unforgivable) and I could literally hear everything from the room above.
I believe these guys have recently opened so teething problems are to be expected but there needs to be a little improvement before I could recommend. Read less

Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal was decent and the portion was plentiful. Also provided me with toast & coffee at 7am in the morning despite not being open for breakfast until 7:30.
Dislikes:
A footstool in my room that was disgusting (incl. fingernails), I could hear everything from the room above, including their phone vibrating. Had to go past a window with no curtain to get to bathroom
