"Bee is for Brilliant"
I stayed here for four nights last week and what a fantastic stay it was.
No request was too much trouble for the helpful and friendly staff, and the room was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the chef was kind enough to enquire what my favourite dessert was and then cook it specially.
All in all it was a wonderful stay and I can heartily recommend The Bee Hotel to all. Read less

"Will never return."
First arrival, dark and forbidding. No food available, dinner supposed to be at The Harp. The dinner was only one course, never ever experienced that when staying at guest house or hotel. The one course had to be sent back as the food was not hot. Drinks ordered never arrived. No help given as to where breakfast could be found. No-one about to hand key to on leaving. Read less
Likes:
The bed was comfortable, and clean. Bathroom good. Tea/coffee making facilities.
Dislikes:
The hotel itself. Noisy. Did not look clean. The window frame in bedroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Clothes in drawer and wardrobe from previous guest.

Abergele is a small coastal town on the North Wales coast. Once a Roman trading port, it is now best known for its miles of beautiful white sands.

"Aber" means estuary and "Gele" is the name of the river which runs through the town, hence its name.
Abergele has several sites of historical interest, including two Iron Age hill forts at Castell Cawr. Abergele makes a great base from which to explore the North Wales coast, providing all the charm of a small community. Many of the 10,000 residents are proud of their Welsh ancestry and still speak the Welsh language
