Arrived Lowanac Sunday 13/05 at 3.30pm, having advised ETA 4pm. Waited in Bar until 4pm when advised room now ready. Observed servicing had not been carried out to a reasonably accepable standard. No towels or toiletries provided, floors,toilet and drinking glasses not cleaned; all exhibiting much evidence of previous guests. Spoke to 'Manager' regarding these issues only to be told there had been a wedding and staff very busy with Sunday lunch. We spoke about a refund, negative response. Read less

Nothing. The current web site description is significantly at varience with the actual condition of the hotel.
Dislikes:
Current running of the hotel bears no resemblance to my recollection of the excellent standard of the past years.
Never once was I supplied soiled towels when I had occasion to request clean towels.
