"Comfortable room, friendly staff and good breakfast."
We needed affordable accommodation for two nights within easy reach of Truro. We chose the Bugle Inn as we have friends who live in nearby St Austell and the price for B&B was comparable to the more impersonal Travelodge on the main A30 (without breakfast). The landlady and staff were all very friendly. The breakfast and evening food that we had were all good. The fish and chips were equal to the best I have had in any hotel or restaurant. Read less

The room and large bed were comfortable and clean. A generous tray of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/water and biscuits, which was replenished daily, was provided together with complimentary toiletries.
