I wish evening food started 30 or 60 minutes earlier (I had to go out to a meeting and didn't have time to eat with food starting at 6pm)

"Very disappointing"
The accommodation was adequate but the food was very poor. We were assured by the staff that they usually get praise for the food, well the chef must have had some off few days or been on holiday whilst we were there. Saturday lunch was very poor and we pointed this out at the time. The manager said that it would be deducted from the bill. On check-out we saw that only one of our two poor meals was deducted. So problem could have been solved but wasn't. Read less

The quality of the food. Lunch described above. Breakfast was hard poached eggs and overcooked bacon. Shame as the quality of the materials was good. We did raise all these issues at the time.
