You have excellent access to the main shopping and nightlife areas in Belfast including Royal Avenue, Shaftesbury Square, Victoria Square, Dublin Road, Odyssey Arena, Waterfront Hall and more. There is a main arterial route in and out of Belfast just 100 yards away.
