The friendliness of the hosts, the attention to detail and the extras like home baked bread, home made yogurt and flapjacks. The packed lunches were great!
Dislikes:
Only the traffic noise and awkward position near a busy junction and there's not a lot can be done about that.The windows were double glazed and when closed there was a lot less noise.

Our room was well appointed, had wonderful views and was clean. We also had onsite parking & best breakfast we have had even the bread is freshly made each morning.
