"Almost didn't happen!"
Booking confirmation stated 2pm for entry. Arrived at 2.15, no one there, locked up. Asked at the next door shop, told the pub was possibly closed! Went to Arnside to walk, came back via the BH, still locked up. Decided to visit Grange and try one more knock on the way home. After 4pm, still not open but our knocking at the back door elicited a response. A guy telephoned a lady and she confirmed our booking was ok. Said the website had recently been altered. Read less
Likes:
The room was reasonable, access to one side of the double bed was difficult as it was under the eave.
Dislikes:
Not being sure we could gain entry! Almost on the point of going home when a last call actually got a response.
